We do not offer on site tours at our Illinois fulfillment center however we can bring the wine experience to you. Contact us today to learn about our wine tastings and vendor interest.
No, unfortunately we do not ship internationally.
All Orders are fulfilled within 24 hours of purchase, sometimes sooner. Once package has been taken by carrier we expect shipping to take anywhere between 3-5 days.
Return and Refund Policy
P Michelle strives to provide our customers with an optimal customer experience. Unfortunately we do not offer any return/refund policy for wine. Given legal concerns it is not possible to accept returns, however we do wish to resolve issues as best we can. Please email us info@pmichelle.com with concerns or complaints that may arise.
A Return and Refund policy for apparel:
- Return must be initiated within 5 days of received order
- State of return (e.g. unworn)
- Reason for return (e.g. damaged or wrong product)
- In order to process return please contact customer service with order number and reason for return
- Refunds will be provided to the customer through original form of payment
